Just Because I Wanted To (Leviticus 1:1-17)
Dr. Richard Hornok, January 13, 2019Part of the Be Ye Holy -- Leviticus series, preached at a Sunday Morning service
It’s natural to give gifts to your lover. We want to bless those we love. In time, however, that impulse fades, even though we wish it wouldn’t. Busyness, familiarity, and perhaps most of all, the tendency to take them for granted, all contribute to a cooling in our passion for that one we love. If that’s true in our relationships with each other, it’s even more true in our relationship with God. God built remedies into our relationship with Him that help with this challenge. Today we’ll see one of those remedies.
